Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Patient Counselling & Query Resolution
- Counsel patients regarding treatments, procedures, and services.
- Address patient queries and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.

- Staff & Vendor Management

- Supervise day-to-day operations of clinical and support staff.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted services.

- Pharmacy Management

- Oversee pharmacy operations,



including inventory, stock management, and medicine availability.
- Ensure compliance with storage and dispensing standards.

- MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Generate MIS reports and provide accurate data for management review.

- Management & Doctor Coordination

- Interact confidently and professionally with the Director and consulting doctors.
- Coordinate meetings, communicate updates, and ensure smooth execution of operational decisions.
