Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end K12 content development projects for U.S.-based clients.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for lessons, assessments, and multimedia content.
- Coordinate with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and content teams to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, vendors, and freelancers.
- Identify risks such as scope creep or resource gaps and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Utilize AI tools and project management systems to improve efficiency and reporting.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors degree (PMP certification preferred)




- 3-7+ years of experience in EdTech, educational publishing, or K-12 project management
- Solid understanding of K-12 curriculum frameworks and standards-based learning
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with LMS/CMS platforms
- Basic experience with AI tools for workflow optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
