Roles & Responsibilities

- Business Collaboration: Partner closely with internal business groups (including Asset Management and Risk Management) to identify key data, business intelligence, and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Solutioning & Experimentation: Hypothesize data-driven solutions, test concepts, and experiment with the latest tools and technologies (including Generative AI and LLM use cases). Scale successful Proofs of Concept (POCs) across various business processes.
- Project Delivery Management: Oversee the progress of analytical deliverables on a daily basis, managing timelines and ensuring swift resolution of operational or technical bottlenecks.
- Team & Resource Governance: Efficiently manage, mentor, and optimize offshore analytics teams. Drive explicit workforce planning, career management, training, and recruitment for your group.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, translating complex analytical models into clear business insights for senior leadership.
- Best Practices: Enforce industry-standard data practices,



ensuring rigorous methodology-driven problem-solving and proper technical documentation are maintained across all projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience Range: 6 to 10 years of professional experience in Advanced Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
- Domain Expertise: Must have a strong background in the Finance domain, with explicit exposure to Asset Management, Investment Management, or Portfolio/Risk Analytics.
- Leadership Track Record: Proven managerial experience leading analytics teams, with a solid understanding of managing, training, and optimizing offshore resources.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A methodology-driven approach to tackling highly open-ended, complex business problems.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable overseeing teams working with machine learning workflows, data pipelines, and emerging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and client presentation skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.
