About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent workflows and solving real business problems with AI. You will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that connect multiple platforms, eliminate manual work, and improve business efficiency using the latest AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier
- Build AI Agents, Chatbots, and Voice AI solutions
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs into workflows
- Connect applications using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations
- Automate CRM, Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Google Workspace, and business processes
- Develop RAG-based AI solutions using vector databases
- Write and optimize AI prompts for better results
- Monitor, troubleshoot,



and improve automation workflows
- Document workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

- B.Tech / M.Tech
- MCA / BCA
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science)
- Or equivalent experience in AI Automation
