We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day IT support across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems, networking equipment, software applications and user support. The role also includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets and ensuring uninterrupted IT operations to support project delivery.

Candidate Profile:

IT Support Executive Should possess a B.Tech in Computer Science from a reputed institute with 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT Support, preferably in an Architectural, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or Project Management Consultancy organization. The candidate should have hands-on experience in computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and technical troubleshooting. Experience in supporting AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software and Autodesk applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibility:

- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and peripheral devices.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, networking and operating system issues.
- Install and support software applications including AutoCAD, Revit,



Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and network devices.
- Assist in managing user accounts, email configurations and access permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, antivirus monitoring and software installations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses and equipment records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC services and software support.
- Assist in data backup, system recovery and implementation of IT security policies.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests and maintain proper documentation of service activities.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365 and computer hardware.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN networking, Wi-Fi configuration and basic firewall management.
- Experience in supporting AutoCAD, Revit and Autodesk software will be preferred.
- Knowledge of antivirus management, data backup and cybersecurity best practices.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and user support abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced office workplace.
