Manage end-to-end legal collections & recovery strategy
Coordinate with external law firms, advocates & internal stakeholders
Oversee litigation, arbitration, and legal recovery cases
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal guidelines
Required Candidate profile
Graduate / Postgraduate (LLB preferred).
6–12 years of experience in Legal Collections, Debt Recovery, or Litigation.
Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or BPO/KPO collections preferred
