Role & responsibilities
Recruiter (IT/Non-IT) Domestic - Remote/WFH
Role Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Handle requirements for IT (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps) and Non-IT roles (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups, and closures within TAT
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-6 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT domestic)
- Robust sourcing and communication skills
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
