This role will assist the sales team in preparing the quotations and procuring and negotiating the rates with the customer to close the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations based on the inputs given by the sales Team
- Procure/Negotiating rates for air, sea Import / Export Shipments
- Receive and acknowledge each and every incoming inquiry within the stipulated time.
- Log inquiry, procure rates from origin location & Quote within the stipulated time.
- Follow up with destinations for outcome/renegotiation.
- Compile a fortnightly report of quotes made & their output.
- Follow Up with Sales Team to Confirm Shipment after Quotation
