We are seeking a motivated and creative Jr. Architect to support the design and execution of multidisciplinary building projects. The candidate will assist senior architects in preparing design concepts, architectural drawings, BIM models, construction documentation, and project coordination. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of institutional, commercial, industrial, healthcare and infrastructure projects.

Candidate Profile

Jr. Architect Should possess a B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed institute with 2-3 years of relevant experience with Architectural Consultancy firms. The candidate should have sound knowledge of architectural planning, construction drawings, building byelaws, and building construction practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and presentation software is essential. Candidates having exposure to BIM-based projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibility

- Assist in the preparation of concept designs, schematic layouts, working drawings and detailed construction documentation.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, 3D views and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC,



Fire Fighting and other engineering consultants.
- Assist in preparing project reports, technical presentations and client submissions.
- Participate in site visits, site inspections and preparation of site observation reports.
- Ensure architectural drawings comply with applicable building byelaws, codes and project specifications.
- Revise drawings and documents based on client comments and consultant inputs.
- Maintain project documentation, drawing registers and revision records.
- Support senior architects during design development and construction stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong architectural design and planning skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of building construction techniques and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of National Building Code (NBC) and local building regulations.
- Positive communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
