- Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for CCTV installation, access control system implementation, biometric integration, and electronic security solutions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and resolve problems related to building management systems (BMS), fire alarm systems (FAS), public address systems (PAS), spike barriers, automatic bollards, gate automation, home automation, HHMD/DFMD/ELV systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during project execution by monitoring boom barrier operations and tyre killer maintenance.
- Provide technical support to customers on product usage and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
