Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring and project controls for our prestigious International Stadium Project in Bengaluru. The role requires solid expertise in Primavera P6, project coordination, progress monitoring and stakeholder management for large-scale civil construction projects.

Role & responsibilities :

- Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, critical path, delays and recovery plans.
- Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, Procurement and Construction teams.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, client presentations and project forecasts.
- Support resource planning, budgeting, risk analysis and project controls.
- Prepare project cost estimates, monitor budgets, and track project expenditures.
- Prepare, submit, and certify Client RA Bills and Final Bills,



while coordinating with clients to resolve billing queries and ensure timely payment processing.
- Ensure timely achievement of milestones and contractual deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Planning experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Stadium project experience at least 1 year will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of heavy civil works, structural concrete, steel structures and deep foundations.
- Experience coordinating HVAC, Electrical, Fire & Life Safety and MEP services.
- Ability to interpret structural, architectural and MEP drawings.
- Experience in Stadiums, Mega Hospitals, Mega Malls, Luxury Hotels, Mega Townships, Airport Terminal Buildings or similar landmark projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Advanced Excel.
