Hiring: L2 Network Security & Wireless Engineer
Bangalore (Onsite) | Experience: 48 Years

We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Security & Wireless Engineer to support enterprise customers in a Managed Services setting.

Mandatory Skills:
Cisco Routing & Switching
Fortinet FortiGate / Cisco ASA / Firepower
SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela/Fortinet/Velocloud)
Cisco WLC / Aruba Wireless
SolarWinds & ServiceNow

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide L2 support for network, security, and wireless infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Routing, Switching,



WAN, LAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, Firewalls, and VPNs.
• Manage and support Cisco WLC and Aruba wireless environments.
• Perform incident resolution, change implementation, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure SLA compliance and support Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
• Coordinate with ISPs and OEM vendors for issue resolution and escalations.
