Educational Qualification - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Relevant technical certifications preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in large-scale identity, authentication, or secure platform development is preferred.
Primary Skills:
- Robust programming skills in Java, Python, React, React Native, Angular, Kubernetes, Kafka, etc.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and cryptography.
Secondary Skills:
- Agile development experience and DevOps collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
