Key Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development Node.js / SAP CAP
• Develop and maintain SAP CAP services supporting orchestration logic, business rules, and OData APIs.
• Implement event-driven orchestration using SAP Event Mesh for asynchronous communication and scalable processing.
• Build backend logic for Communication, Explainability, and Release Agents within the Credit AI solution.
• Manage workflow state, audit logs, feedback tables, and operational data models in SAP HANA Cloud.
• Create and maintain secure and performant OData V4 services consumed by Fiori applications.
• Support authentication, authorization, role-based access, and integration with SAP BTP identity services.

2. Fiori Development SAPUI5 / Fiori Elements
• Build and enhance the Credit AI Dashboard using SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements.
• Implement explainability drill-downs, approval workflows, feedback capture, and exception-handling screens.
• Develop alerts, notifications, and role-based user interfaces for AR, CSR, TSM, and Collections teams.
• Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and standards-compliant UI design aligned with SAP Fiori guidelines.
• Integrate Fiori applications with CAP-based OData services and backend workflows.

3. Integration & Collaboration
• Collaborate with SAP CPI and integration developers to ensure proper interface behavior and reliable data exchange.
• Work closely with data engineering and AI teams on risk scoring, explainability outputs, feedback loops, and model integration.
• Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, sprint planning, and solution walkthroughs.
• Partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP BTP technical solutions.
• Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, deployment,



and production stabilization activities.
Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and SAP CAP development.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and Fiori Elements.
• Experience in developing OData V4 services, REST APIs, CDS models, annotations, and CAP service definitions.
• Good understanding of SAP BTP components such as SAP Event Mesh, SAP HANA Cloud, Destination Service, IAM/XSUAA, and application routing.
• Experience with SAP HANA Cloud data modeling, SQL, audit logging, and workflow-related tables.
• Knowledge of integration patterns with SAP CPI, APIs, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous messaging.
• Hands-on experience with Git, debugging tools, API testing tools, and Agile delivery practices.

Preferred Skills
• Exposure to SAP AI Core, GenAI-enabled SAP use cases, or AI-assisted business workflows.
• Experience with credit management, collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or finance-related SAP processes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, SAP Business Application Studio, Cloud Foundry/Kyma deployment, and MTA application packaging.
• Understanding of secure API design, OAuth2/JWT, role collections, and enterprise-grade authorization models.

Experience Criteria
Recommended experience range: 5 to 10 years, with relevant hands-on experience in SAP BTP application development, SAP CAP using Node.js, and SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 development.
