Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure effective program execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Analyze data to track progress against goals and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in program or project management in IT services & consulting industry.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience in managing large-scale programs.
- Solid understanding of program and project management principles, including scope definition, risk assessment, issue resolution, change control, etc.
