We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, strong sourcing expertise, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Negotiate salary and support offer discussions with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
