- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud-based infrastructure on AWS using Amazon RDS, Aurora DB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Manage database backup and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of SQL Server instances.
- Set up and maintain data replication and high-availability solutions.
- Apply patching and carry out performance tuning of SQL databases.
- Conduct query optimization and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks (T-SQL).
- Handle day-to-day DBA operations, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in cloud engineering.
- Robust knowledge of database administration including designing scalable architectures for large-scale applications.
- Experience with high availability techniques such as replication and load balancing.
