- Configure and support SAP SD processes: Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management
- Perform requirement gathering, AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, and solution design
- Prepare functional specifications and support business validation
Required Skills
- Robust SAP SD configuration knowledge (OTC cycle)
- Hands-on experience in WRICEF lifecycle
- Knowledge of IDOCs, output determination, and enhancements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and RCA capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills
- Experience in S/4HANA projects
- Exposure to Fiori applications
- Knowledge of FSCM / Advanced Pricing
- Experience in rollout / upgrade projects
