- Monitor compliance with IRDAI regulations and applicable laws.
- Track regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
- Review business processes, products, policies and SOPs from a compliance perspective.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and ensure closure of observations.
- Prepare regulatory submissions, compliance reports and dashboards.
- Support audits, inspections and regulatory reviews.
- Provide compliance advisory to business and support functions.
- Maintain compliance trackers and action plans.
- Conduct compliance awareness and training programmes.
