About the job

Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls: Reach out to current leads or past clients using company scripts to pitch items or services.
Handle inbound calls: Answer incoming customer questions, fix issues, and explain service rules.
Generate leads: Find out what a client needs and check if they want to buy.
Update records: Type call notes, customer data, and follow-up dates into the company CRM system.
Meet targets: Reach daily or weekly goals for call counts, leads found, or sales made
