/n candidate will have a strong technical background combined with a passion for sales. You

/n will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting our products/solutions, /n and providing pre-sales and post-sales support.

/n Key Responsibilities: /n • Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating leads and cold

/n calling prospective clients.
/n • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
/n • Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
/n • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to offer customized solutions.
/n • Prepare and deliver technical quotations, proposals, and reports.
/n • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
/n • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
/n • Keep abreast of industry trends,



competitors, and market conditions.

/n • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.

/n Key Skills and Competencies: /n • Strong understanding of technical products and solutions

/n • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
/n • Ability to translate complex technical information into business value
/n • Customer-focused with solid negotiation and problem-solving skills
/n • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting

/n Educational Qualifications: /n • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related

/n fields)

/n • MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)

/n Preferred Experience: /n • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or business development

/n • Experience in industrial products, B2B Sales
/n • Experience in the fasteners industry or similar industrial product categories is a

/n robust advantage
