Job Summary
To ensure on-time resolution of escalations/incidents through effective analysis as per the SLA and quality norms and ensure positive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Highly skilled Cloud Engineer with 6+ years of experience on implementing cloud-based solutions
Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts, including virtualization, Networking, load balancer, etc.
Extensive experience on Azure Governance & Cost Management, Azure Network & Security, Azure Active Directory, Compute & Storage, Backup, DR, Monitoring and IAC




Cross skilled expertise on OS (Windows/Linux Administration), Backup & Database (This is must)
Participate in internal and customer meetings
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and other operations related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business
Develop and maintain Automation scripts using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, ARM templates and other automation frameworks to streamline provisioning, configuration and other infra related task.
Troubleshoot and identify performance, connectivity and other issues for the applications hosted in Azure platform
Having extensive understand on ITSM process for Changes, incident & problem Management
Work on critical, highly complex issues to troubleshoot and provide RCA reports
Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer experience
