Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead for Golang at HCL will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring the successful implementation of Golang solutions. The role will involve hands-on development, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and design of scalable golang applications and solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in golang programming language with a solid understanding of its core concepts and best practices.
Experience designing and architecting golang based applications and microservices.
Handson experience with cloud technologies and containerization platforms (e.g., docker, kubernetes).
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a rapid paced setting.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with relational and nosql databases for data persistence in golang applications.

Other Requirements
Golang certification or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
