Job Summary
SAP QM module JD
Design and configure SAP S/4HANA QM module (Quality Planning, Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications). Implement and support: Inspection Planning (Inspection Types, Sampling Procedures) Inspection Execution (GR, In-process, Final Inspection) Quality Notifications (NCR, CAPA handling) Audit Management / Compliance Work on Quality Certificates & Vendor Evaluation integration. Integration of QM with other SAP modules and Non SAP software’s like Team Center, Compliance Quest etc. Support end-to-end quality processes across systems (ECC/S4, MES, Compliance systems like TrackWise, CQ, etc.) Participate in blueprint, design, build, test, and deployment phases. Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments. Conduct SIT, UAT,



and defect resolution. Lead workshops and business requirement discussions. Provide post-go-live hypercare and production support.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage quality assurance processes within SAP S/4HANA quality management module.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish quality control standards and procedures.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports for management review.
Provide training and support to end-users on quality management processes within SAP S/4HANA.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality management.
