Job Summary
The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. Drive Innovation In Process Development By Implementing Best Practices And Leveraging Tools To Facilitate Organizational Progress And Continuous Improvement.
Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Operational Constraints, Utilizing Itil Frameworks To Achieve Significant Business Results.

Skill Requirements
Robust Proficiency In Process Consulting And Itil Frameworks.
Experience With Snow Administration And Support, Bmc Remedy, Ca Service Desk, And Avanti.

Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, Including Team Mentoring And Effective Communication.

Other Requirements
Itil Foundation Certification Is Recommended.
