Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in software development projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, and project management best practices. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, quality assurance teams, customer success teams, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

n

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

n

• Monitor project progress and track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.

n

• Organize daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.

n

• Maintain project plans, release schedules,



and resource allocation plans.

n

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements, dependencies, and implementation plans.

n

• Create and maintain project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, meeting minutes, change requests, and status reports.

n

• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure adherence to project timelines.

n

• Track and report project risks, bottlenecks, and escalations to management.

n

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

n

• Monitor sprint velocity, team performance, and project progress.

n

• Ensure compliance with established processes, quality standards, and organizational policies. Required Skills Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

n

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

n

• Understanding of application development processes, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
