Job Summary
The Technical Lead at HCL will be responsible for leading technical design, development, and implementation activities, focusing on CAD design skills, Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T;), and SolidWorks. The role involves ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of technical processes and solutions related to CAD design and engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide a team of engineers in the development of CAD designs, integrating GD&T; principles, and utilizing SolidWorks software.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to align technical solutions with project requirements and objectives.
Provide technical expertise in CAD design, GD&T;, and SolidWorks to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize design processes.
Conduct regular design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.




Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and project reports.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in CAD design, GD&T;, and SolidWorks to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in CAD design tools and software, with expert level skills in SolidWorks.
In-depth knowledge and experience in Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T;) principles.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in CAD designs.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with relevant certifications in CAD design, GD&T;, or SolidWorks.

Other Requirements
Relevant certifications in CAD design tools, Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T;), or SolidWorks are preferred.
