As part of the Risk Management team you will conduct gap analysis and implement process improvements to enhance quality standards. As a Senior Associate, you will partner with delivery teams to monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive initiatives that promote excellence, while developing your leadership skills and contributing to the organization's success.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
5+years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
CMMI or Six Sigma Certification
Demonstrating proficiency in CMMI Level 5 standards
Conducting gap analysis and process improvement initiatives
Utilizing data analysis tools for predictive modeling
Performing various audits to identify process challenges
Collaborating with delivery teams to monitor project progress
Establishing dashboards and metrics for stakeholder review
Training teams on quality requirement .
