Job Summary
Low-Code Platform Transformation Lead
• 8+ years in enterprise application/platform transformation.
• Positive knowledge / Experience in Appian, Mendix and Service Now.
• Experience with low-code/BPM platforms.
• Proven experience leading platform rationalization initiatives.
• Solid financial modeling capability (TCO, ROI).
• Executive-level stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to deliver structured outcomes within short timelines.
This position entails leading a technical team with a focus on Appian development and implementing Agile methodology. The role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring Appian solutions meet business requirements, and driving Agile best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in the design, development, and deployment of Appian applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Appian platform.




Implement and champion agile practices and methodologies to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to best practices in Appian development.
Mentor team members on Appian development, agile principles, and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Appian solutions and agile processes.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in designing and developing solutions using Appian, including building business processes, integrations, and user interfaces.
Robust understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and drive collaboration.
Problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Other Requirements
Appian Level 2 Certification or higher is preferred.
