Key Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership for the ICSE school and ensure alignment with the institution's mission and values.
n
Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and student achievement across all grade levels.
n
Recruit, mentor, coach, and evaluate faculty while promoting continuous career development.
n
Foster a secure, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students.
n
Build strong relationships with parents, students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
n




Ensure compliance with ICSE regulations and educational best practices.
n
Oversee school operations in collaboration with functional teams including Admissions, HR, Finance, and Administration.
n
Promote innovation, technology integration, and experiential learning.
n
Represent the school at academic forums and strengthen its reputation within the education community.

Desired Profile

n

n
Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant discipline. B. Ed./M. Ed. preferred.
n
Minimum 15–20 years of experience in K-12 education, with significant leadership experience in an ICSE school.
n
Prior experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or Senior Academic Leader.
n
Strong understanding of the ICSE curriculum, pedagogy, assessments, and regulatory framework.
n
Proven track record of improving academic standards and leading institutional growth.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
n
High levels of integrity, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.
