Greetings from RAD Resources. A reputed Supermarket is looking for a Store Manager with min 2-3yr experience who is responsible for emphasising leadership, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Salary: 35,000/month
Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
Facilities Provided: PF, ESI
Timings:
First shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Second shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Store operations: Oversee daily opening/closing, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Staff management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise employees; conduct performance reviews and foster team development.
- Customer service: Ensure a welcoming setting, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Inventory control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage shelf displays, and conduct audits to minimise shrinkage.
- Sales & revenue: Achieve sales targets, implement promotions,
and encourage upselling/cross-selling.
- Financial oversight: Prepare budgets, manage expenses, reconcile cash registers, and submit P&L; reports.
- Marketing coordination: Execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and collaborate with corporate marketing teams.
- Compliance & safety: Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Skills Required:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 2-3 years in retail management, preferably in supermarkets
- Technical Skills: POS systems, ERP software, MS Office.
- Languages: English, Hindi, and local language (Telugu) preferred.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and customer orientation.
Note: Immediate joiners are preferred
