We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Counselor/ Application executive to guide aspirants pursuing higher education in Germany. The role involves interacting with students, understanding their academic and career goals, providing personalized counseling, and supporting the admissions and sales process. The candidate will have strong English communication skills, basic system proficiency, and experience in SOP writing, with a passion for helping students achieve their german educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students for Germany admissions with end-to-end application support.
- Interact with students to understand academic background and career goals.
- Handle German application backend, documentation, VISA process and follow-ups.
- Write and review SOPs as per university requirements.
- Support the sales team by aligning counseling with student interests.
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing & speaking).
- Having proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 Years (or) 3 years Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Robust understanding of German Bureaucracy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Work From Home option available for eligible candidates.
