A reputed NBFC is looking for an experienced Regional Head --Loan Against Property (LAP) to lead business operations across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Location: Hyderabad (Managing AP & Telangana Region)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive regional business growth and achieve disbursement targets
Lead Sales, Credit, Legal & Technical teams
Expand channel partnerships, DST & DSA networks
Ensure quality underwriting, portfolio health & risk management
Improve turnaround time (TAT) while maintaining compliance
Drive profitability, customer satisfaction & operational excellence

Eligibility:

Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred)
1015+ years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Secured Lending
Proven experience in managing Sales, Credit, Legal & Technical functions
Strong leadership, stakeholder management & business development skills
Valuable understanding of the Andhra Pradesh & Telangana lending market
