Responsible for providing on or off-site corrective or preventative maintenance and offering after-sales technical support solutions once the product has been sold.Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer call-outs
Assisting with the installation of equipment
Offering customer training
Repairing, testing and maintaining equipment;
Maintaining product manuals
Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Making recommendations to maintenance technicians
Measures of Performance:
Reducing overall turnaround time in responding to the customers and solving their query
Customer Satisfaction
Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers;

Desired qualifications and experience :
Electronic Engineer or Diploma holder (Electronics) with 5-10 years of relevant experience in product service
Experience and familiarity of our products (Metallographic Equipments / Scientific Instruments) and line of business a plus




Knowledge and skills required :
Must be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and when submitting reports.
Knowledge of local language is a must
Must be prepared for travel.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
