About the Role

Orange & Green Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Procurement Professional to source and manage outsourced skilled labour contractors for Civil and Interior projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of labour contractors and the ability to mobilise manpower within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard skilled labour contractors for Civil & Interior projects.
- Procure and mobilise skilled and semi-skilled manpower, including:
- Civil Masons
- Carpenters
- Gypsum & False Ceiling Teams
- Painters
- Flooring & Tiling Teams
- Fabricators
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- HVAC Technicians
- Aluminium & Glass Teams
- Modular Furniture Installation Teams
- POP & Finishing Teams

- Develop and maintain a strong database of reliable labour contractors across India.
- Negotiate labour rates, contract terms, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, quality,



and compliance with project standards.
- Resolve manpower shortages and arrange replacement teams whenever required.
- Maintain records of contractor agreements, work orders, attendance, and payments.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for contractor bill verification and payment processing.
- Ensure all outsourced labour complies with statutory requirements, labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Build long-term relationships with contractors and continuously expand the contractor network.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/vendor development within the Civil Construction or Interior Fit-out industry.
- Proven experience in sourcing and managing outsourced labour contractors.
- Strong network of labour contractors for Commercial, IT Office, Industrial, and Interior projects.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Ability to mobilise manpower within tight project schedules.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
