- Monitor system health, availability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability.
- Drive continuous improvements in observability and system stability.
