Role & Responsibilities

- Provide L2 production support for Java and Spring Boot applications.
- Monitor application health and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure timely incident resolution within SLAs.
- Execute SQL queries for issue analysis and data validation.
- Support Linux environments and monitor application servers.
- Coordinate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Database teams.
- Participate in production deployments, release activities, and on-call support.
- Maintain incident documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 23 years of experience in Java Production Support (L2).
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Linux, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Tomcat, WildFly, or JBoss application servers.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and monitoring tools is an advantage.




- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
- Experience in an MNC environment is an added advantage.
