- Create high-quality finite element (FE) models using HyperMesh.
- Perform geometry cleanup, midsurface extraction, and 2D/3D meshing.
- Conduct structural analysis using ANSYS.
- Apply material properties, loads, and boundary conditions.
- Review simulation results and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure model quality by following CAE standards and best practices.
Work with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Hands-on exposure to HyperMesh and ANSYS through academic projects or training.
- Understanding of mechanics of materials and strength of materials.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers (2025/2026 pass-outs) are eligible.
- Minimum 65% aggregate or equivalent CGPA throughout academics (preferred).
