Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented OPT Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for US IT staffing requirements. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of US recruitment processes, visa types, and job portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Source OPT/CPT candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes based on client requirements and technical skills.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of OPT candidates for different technologies.
- Collect required documents such as EAD, passport copy, resume, and educational details.
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment team for submissions and placements.
- Maintain daily reports and candidate trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and vendors.




- Follow up with candidates until onboarding.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of US IT Staffing and recruitment process.
- Knowledge of visa types like OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC.
- Experience using job portals such as:
- Dice
- Monster
- LinkedIn
- Indeed
- CareerBuilder

- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of IT technologies like Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, SAP, and Cloud.
- Experience with ATS tools like JobDiva, Ceipal, or Bullhorn.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
