Are you passionate about enabling people to learn and grow? We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to facilitate engaging learning experiences and help employees build critical job skills in a fast-paced corporate workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives.
- Conduct role plays, simulations, and skill practice sessions.
- Apply adult learning principles to maximize learner engagement and retention.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to learners.
- Partner with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and business leaders to ensure training effectiveness.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve facilitation approaches.
- Create an engaging, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
- Use virtual training platforms and AI-enabled learning tools where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education,



Business, Communication, Training, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.
- Hands-on experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, or other virtual learning platforms.
- Ability to manage learner engagement in both classroom and virtual environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Experience supporting call center, customer service, or operational teams.
- Exposure to financial services or compliance training is an advantage.
- ATD, CPTM, or similar training certifications are preferred.
- FINRA certifications (SIE/Series 7) are an added advantage.
