Responsibilities

- Support and manage Talend environments across Development, Test, and Production
- Perform basic Talend Administration Center tasks such as simple scheduling updates, deployments support, and user access management
- Assist with deployments and release processes
- Check for job failures or delays and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues
- Support performance checks and help with simple job or configuration improvements
- Maintain platform stability by supporting patch updates, connector management, and version upgrades under guidance
- Carry out routine operational activities including log checks, environment validation, and execution reports
- Follow security and access control guidelines and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities as part of standard operations
- Update documentation and runbooks and contribute to continuous improvement of platform operations

Technical and Skilled Requirements:





- Talend AdministrationHands on experience with Talend for administration and support activities.
- Working knowledge of ETL concepts and data integration processes.
- Exposure to AWS cloud services used in data platform environments
- Basic understanding of enterprise data platforms and how ETL jobs interact with downstream systems.
- Familiarity with deployment pipelines / CI CD processes and release coordination.
- Ability to perform routine operational tasks, troubleshoot issues, and follow defined support procedures
- Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Perform effectively in fast paced, production support environments.
- QualificationsBachelors or masters degrees in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
