Role & responsibilities

1. Copywriting & Content Creation

- Write high-quality copy for:
• Marketing campaigns
• Social media creatives
• Website and landing pages
• Email campaigns and automation flows
• Ad copies (digital and print)
• Product and service descriptions
• Internal brand campaigns

- Adapt writing style based on platform, audience, and objective.
• Deliver explicit, engaging, and conversion-focused messaging.

2. Campaign Ideation & Creative Contribution

- Contribute to campaign ideation with strong copy angles and messaging hooks.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
• Develop taglines, slogans, and brand messaging frameworks.

3. Brand Voice & Messaging Consistency

- Maintain consistent brand tone across all communication channels.
• Ensure all copy aligns with brand positioning and communication guidelines.
• Support in evolving brand voice when required.

4. Editing & Quality Control

- Self-edit and proofread all copy before submission.
• Review junior copywriters work (if applicable).
• Ensure clarity, grammar accuracy,



and impact in all content.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales teams.
• Convert complex product or business concepts into simple, engaging messaging.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns through creative copy.

6. Performance & Optimization

- Understand campaign objectives and write accordingly.
• Use basic performance insights (CTR, engagement, conversions) to improve copy effectiveness.
• Support A/B testing of copy variations when required.
