Lead end-to-end MEP planning and project controls for hyperscale data center project, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and HSD fuel systems. Managed baseline scheduling, resource planning, procurement tracking, commissioning schedules, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, and recovery planning to support successful delivery of Tier III mission-critical facilities within schedule and budget targets.

Ensure timely delivery of critical infrastructure while maintaining quality, safety, budget, and compliance with Tier III/Tier IV data center requirements.

Project Planning & Scheduling

- Develop detailed project execution plans and baseline schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Define project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
- Prepare master schedules for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HSD fuel systems.
- Establish construction sequencing and installation strategies.
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines.

Resource Planning

- Forecast manpower, material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
- Prepare resource histograms and productivity plans.
- Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure resource availability.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve project timelines.

Progress Monitoring & Control

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify schedule delays.
- Prepare recovery and acceleration plans when required.
- Monitor physical progress versus planned progress.
- Measure earned value and productivity trends.

MEP Coordination

- Coordinate planning activities among:
- HVAC Systems
- Chilled Water Systems
- Electrical Systems
- Fire Protection Systems
- Plumbing Systems
- HSD Fuel Oil Systems
- BMS/DCIM Systems

- Resolve interface issues between civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction schedules.

Procurement Planning





- Develop procurement tracking schedules.
- Monitor long-lead items including:
- Chillers
- CRAH/CRAC Units
- Cooling Towers
- DG Sets
- UPS Systems
- Transformers
- Pumps
- Fuel Storage Tanks

- Track material approvals, submittals, manufacturing, and delivery status.
- Identify procurement risks and mitigation plans.

Risk Management

- Identify project risks affecting schedule and cost.
- Maintain project risk registers.
- Develop contingency and mitigation plans.
- Analyze potential impacts to critical milestones and commissioning dates.

Testing & Commissioning Planning

- Develop commissioning schedules.
- Coordinate with commissioning agents, consultants, OEMs, and contractors.

- Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
- Reliability Testing

- Ensure systems are handed over as per project milestones.

Cost & Budget Monitoring

- Support project controls and commercial teams.
