- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to Java applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools such as debugging software and log analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes.
- Document resolutions to knowledge base for future reference.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in application support or production support role.
- Robust understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring).
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems with high availability requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective issue escalation when necessary.
