Manage design and product development activities, working with cross functional teams to design and deliver product design by taking customer requirements. • Design Mechanical Components, systems, and products using CAD Software like Solidworks. • Create detailed technical drawings, specifications and 3D Models. • Develop electrical schematics (2D) and cable routing (3D) (Preferred SolidWorks) • Conduct feasibility studies including material selections, cost estimation etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project requirements.
Essential Skills:
Good engineering fundamental knowledge • Valuable knowledge on drawing Standards(ISO, ANSI/ASME) • 5 - 7+ years of hands-on experience on Solidworks • Hands on experience on Sheet metal & Plastic design. • Good knowledge on EPDM Vault • Product development and engineering change management process knowledge. • Capability to understand/ apply GD&T; and Tolerance Stack-up analysis • Able to work on global product development projects independently. • Able to manage his/her deliverables and clearly communicate with clients.Excellent problem solving and time management skills
