Position Summary

Level: Delivery Management Engineer II

As a Delivery Management Engineer II, you will help drive Agile delivery across complex engineering teams by facilitating Scrum practices, improving delivery transparency, and enabling consistent execution. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and support the delivery of high-quality products. This role is suited for someone with experience operating in pod-based delivery models, coordinating across teams, and using Agile tools and metrics to improve outcomes.

Work you'll do

As a Delivery Management Engineer II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across one or more pods, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums
- Coach teams on Scrum, Agile, and Lean delivery practices to support consistent execution and adoption
- Identify, track, and remove impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies affecting sprint and program delivery
- Support product owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and communication of goals and delivery priorities
- Monitor sprint health, quality, and delivery flow using tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or Rally, and communicate progress to stakeholders

Our flexible delivery models—traditional teams, pools, or pods—are tailored to each client’s needs, offering engineering-led advisory, implementation, and operational capabilities to accelerate innovation.

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, including experience working in a pod model and facilitating collaboration across multiple pods through Scrum of Scrums
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Skilled Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or higher
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies in Agile delivery environments
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or Rally
- Experience with software development life cycle, planning and estimation, risk identification, capacity management, and dependency resolution

Preferred:

- SAFe Agilist certification
- Experience coaching teams on Agile and Lean delivery practices
- Experience supporting backlog refinement and product owner collaboration
- Experience building dashboards for sprint, flow, and delivery metrics
- Experience using objective key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery outcomes
- Experience with version control platforms, continuous integration/continuous deployment processes, and release management strategies
