Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the FMCG industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in finance processes, such as procurement to pay, order to cash, record to report, etc.
- Provide expert advice on financial transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering and technology implementation.
- Analyze data to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop recommendations for optimization.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field within the FMCG industry.
- Robust understanding of finance functions, including procurement to pay, order to cash, record to report, etc.
- Experience with financial transformation projects using tools like Procure To Pay, Record To Report, Order To Cash.
