Job Title: Real Time Analyst Workforce Management (WFM)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 2+ to 8 years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor real-time workforce metrics and service levels across operations.

Track call volumes and identify irregularities in real time.

Send queue alerts and coordinate with operations teams to maintain service levels.

Respond quickly to unexpected spikes in call volume or staffing shortages.

Manage market line openings, closures, holidays, and emergency schedules.

Coordinate with IT and Operations teams to resolve technical issues.

Monitor intraday performance and provide regular performance reports.

Analyze historical data to support forecasting and scheduling improvements.

Communicate workforce updates with team leads and management.

Support short-term forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing decisions.





Use WFM tools for real-time monitoring and workforce optimization.

Identify trends and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.

Eligibility:

Minimum 2 years of experience to 8 years in Workforce Management (WFM) or Real-Time Analysis (RTA).

Hands-on experience with WFM tools and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Willing to work versatile or rotational shifts.
