AI Transformation Lead OMS, Customer Applications & Enterprise Integration

We are a rapidly growing technology-driven fuel logistics company transforming the diesel distribution ecosystem through digital innovation. Our products include AI-enabled Order Management Systems (OMS), Customer Applications, IoT-enabled Diesel Cube solutions, ERP integrations, analytics platforms, and enterprise automation solutions.

We are looking for an experienced technology leader who can architect and execute our complete AI transformation roadmap while integrating our OMS with Customer Applications, CRM, IoT ecosystem, Cloud infrastructure, ERP systems, and Tally Accounting Platform.
Position Summary
The AI Transformation Lead will own the end-to-end architecture covering OMS, Customer App, Driver App, Operations Dashboard, CRM, AI Analytics Engine, IoT Integration, Accounting (Tally), Cloud Infrastructure, ERP Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Lake and API Ecosystem while leading internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Implementation

- Lead the organization's AI transformation roadmap.
- Implement AI use cases including demand forecasting, route optimization, predictive maintenance, AI chatbot, analytics, automated reporting and business intelligence.
- Evaluate and implement Generative AI solutions.

OMS Product Ownership

- Own OMS roadmap, backlog, sprint planning and releases.
- Drive modules including dispatch, fleet, inventory, payments, customer management and analytics.

Enterprise Integration

- Integrate Customer App OMS CRM ERP Tally Analytics IoT.
- Ensure secure real-time synchronization.





ERP & Accounting

- Lead Tally, ERP, GST, e-Invoicing, banking API and finance integrations.

Cloud & DevOps

- Design scalable AWS/Azure/GCP architecture with CI/CD, security, monitoring and disaster recovery.

IoT & Analytics

- Integrate Diesel Cube, GPS, telematics and fuel sensors.
- Build executive dashboards and predictive analytics.

Leadership

- Lead Product Managers, AI Engineers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers and vendors.

Required Technical Skills

- AI/ML: OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI, Vertex AI, LLM Integration, Predictive Analytics, NLP
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- ERP: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, Tally
- Programming: Python, Java, .NET, Node.js
- Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL
- APIs: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, Webhooks
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- BI: Power BI, Tableau, Looker
- Frontend: React.js / Next.js / React Native / Flutter (for Customer & Driver apps)
Backend: Node.js/Express, Python (Django/FastAPI), Java Spring Boot pick your actual stack
Full-Stack Architecture: Ability to independently architect and build a complete application (UI API DB Cloud deployment) with minimal dependency on additional engineers

Experience & Qualifications

- 5-7 years of enterprise software development experience.
- Minimum 2 years leading AI or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing OMS, ERP and enterprise integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering. Master's degree and Cloud/AI certifications preferred.
