Job Title: Business Relationship Project Manager

Location: 3 Days Onsite/ week in Hyderabad

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience as a PM or BA
- Work with or in Oracle Reporting

Responsibilities:

- Lead, develop, coordinate, and deliver through various high-level analysis, including concept development, document trends and provide explanation and understanding of performance
- Serve as a liaison between Financial Reporting and other departments (FP&A;, Accounting, Business Operations) by ensuring proper prioritization, definition, consistent communication, accurate specifications/documentation, budgetary management, and timely delivery of end products/services.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational risks, data issues,



or delivery delays.
- Lead and manage a team of Oracle EPM report developers and analysts.
- Assign work, manage priorities, and balance operational vs. enhancement workloads.
- Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for Finance, Accounting, and FP&A; leadership.
- Translate business requirements into prioritized operational work plans.
- Set transparent expectations around timelines, scope, and change management.
- Communicate status, risks, and resolutions clearly to business stakeholders
